With the submission of an official site plan, Dave & Buster's is now one-step closer to making its debut in
Viera.
Permit records reveal that the restaurant and entertainment giant is planning to establish one of its newest locations in Brevard County.
The record, updated in March, now includes the major site plan at Bromley Drive, not far from The Avenue
Viera.
The proposed entertainment center will include a full-service restaurant, arcade gaming and billiard tables. There were no estimated timetables given.
This comes amid growing development in this area, including the recent county approval of a permit for popular entertainment enterprise Topgolf.
